Serial killer and necrophile Jerome Brudos was responsible for the deaths of four women in the state of Oregon during the 1960s. He was dubbed "The Lust Killer" and "The Shoe Fetish Slayer," among other nicknames. In his early childhood, Jerry Brudos grew captivated with women's shoes. He was only five years old at the time.
He began to steal shoes in order to build his own personal collection, despite his mother's obvious displeasure. As Brudos grew older, his preoccupation with the subject became more sinister. What started off as a scary prank quickly turned fatal.
By the late 1960s, Brudos had murdered four women in Oregon — and disfigured their bodies in horrifying ways but not before sexually abusing their corpse and cutting off various parts of the victims bodies for his weird photoshoots.
